Wanted: Washington State Surrogates!

US Surrogacy is excited to start working with women from Washington State under the new UPL! Establishing parentage for surrogacy in Washington State will now be a seamless process for everyone involved. Women who become surrogates are generous and kind. They are teachers, nurses and stay-at-home moms. They are passionate about families. They are spirited, caring and selfless.

They are just like you.

Washington’s new law (starting on January 1st, 2019) recognizes contracts for gestational and genetic surrogacy. The state’s new updated Uniform Parentage Act, for use by every state in the U.S., is a uniform legislation for parentage laws, including the parentage of children born via assisted reproductive technology. It protects the rights of the surrogate, the intended parents, the baby, and the donor (if one is required).

In order to become a surrogate in Washington, please review our qualifications on our Surrogates page, and if you decide that you also want to be on the journey with us to create families around the globe, submit an application today!

  1. I’m going to be 41. I’m a non smoking no drugs healthy mother of two who would like to help

  2. I am 46yrs old, healthy no drugs or smoking and would love to help someone in need. I have had 6 births and no problems with pregnancy at all. Is there anyway someone my age can be a surrogate? Any exceptions?

    1. Hi Sarah! We love that you are open to helping a family. Unfortunately 46 years old is out of our age range for surrogates. We wish you the best of luck!
